Our sessions are 60 minutes each. I offer packages of 8 or 12 sessions.
No, I am not a mental health practitioner and don’t prescribe any medication.
In reality, anyone suffering from anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD could benefit from this therapy. But anyone who has a history of mental health issues and addictions are strongly advised to seek the help from a mental health professional. This is a holistic alternative therapy. I do not prescribe medications.
Yes, it is not only safe but a wonderful tool to use during pregnancy. EFT has been used very successfully through all stages of pregnancy, labour, delivery and the neonatal period. A pregnant woman can use EFT to neutralize any negative emotions or fears she may have about pregnancy or labor.
For people new to tapping, it can take a few sessions to build resonance with the process. Every tap builds on previous taps. The bigger your issue and the deeper you go, the more sessions it may take to reach your goal and to feel the shifts.
During an EFT session the following may be experienced – all of which are normal and not harmful: Tightness in body, tingling, shakiness, feeling hot/cold, desire to yawn, cough, sneeze or cry, dizziness, emotion no longer attached to memory, inner calm, tiredness.
