Systemic Emotional Release Therapy is a gentle, client-centered approach that combines EFT tapping, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and family system work. The goal is to help uncover and release emotional patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck.
During an EFT session the following may be experienced – all of which are normal and not harmful: Tightness in body, tingling, shakiness, feeling hot/cold, desire to yawn, cough, sneeze or cry, dizziness, emotion no longer attached to memory, inner calm, tiredness.
Each session begins with a conversation about what you’re currently experiencing. Together, we’ll identify the most important area to focus on and use techniques such as EFT Tapping, guided questions, body awareness, and other therapeutic tools to help process emotions in a safe and supportive way.
This therapy may help if you are experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low self-confidence, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, overthinking, unresolved emotional pain, or feeling disconnected from yourself.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) involves gently tapping with your fingertips on specific acupressure points while focusing on thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations. This process helps calm the nervous system and reduce emotional intensity.
The main tapping points are located on the side of hand, eyebrows, side of eyes, under the eyes, under the nose, chin, collarbone, under the arm, and the top of the head. Don’t worry – you’ll be guided through each step during your session.
Our sessions are 75 minutes long and are typically held weekly. Most clients begin with an 8 – or 10 – session package to build momentum and create lasting change. After that, sessions can continue in smaller 4-session packages as needed.
Everyone is different. Some clients notice positive changes after their first session, while others benefit from a series of sessions to address deeper or long-standing patterns. We’ll discuss a plan based on your goals.

In reality, anyone suffering from anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD could benefit from this therapy.

Yes, it is not only safe but a wonderful tool to use during pregnancy. EFT has been used very successfully through all stages of pregnancy, labour, delivery and the neonatal period. A pregnant woman can use EFT to neutralize any negative emotions or fears she may have about pregnancy or labor.
