Known for her warm, compassionate presence and ability to truly listen, Ana creates a space where clients feel safe to slow down, explore their experiences, and reconnect with themselves without judgment.

First of all Ana Paula is a very calm and positive energy person, as soon as I walked into our session I felt safe and understood. Initial Consultation

We’ll meet over Zoom or in person to explore your needs and goals. 

In just a few weeks, you might ask yourself,

 “Why didn’t I start sooner?”

Our sessions are 75 minutes long and are typically held weekly. Most clients begin with an 8 – or  10 – session package to build momentum and create lasting change. After that, sessions can continue in smaller 4-session packages as needed.  

No, I am not a mental health practitioner and don’t prescribe any medication.

In reality, anyone suffering from anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD could benefit from this therapy. But anyone who has a history of mental health issues and addictions are strongly advised to seek the help from a mental health professional. This is a holistic alternative therapy. I do not prescribe medications. 

Yes, it is not only safe but a wonderful tool to use during pregnancy. EFT has been used very successfully through all stages of pregnancy, labour, delivery and the neonatal period. A pregnant woman can use EFT to neutralize any negative emotions or fears she may have about pregnancy or labor.

For people new to tapping, it can take a few sessions to build resonance with the process. Every tap builds on previous taps. The bigger your issue and the deeper you go, the more sessions it may take to reach your goal and to feel the shifts.
During an EFT session the following may be experienced – all of which are normal and not harmful: Tightness in body, tingling, shakiness, feeling hot/cold, desire to yawn, cough, sneeze or cry, dizziness, emotion no longer attached to memory, inner calm, tiredness.

In person, or online via Zoom or WhatsApp. Contact me to schedule a session. Systemic Emotional Release is just as effective online as it is in person. You will get the same benefits whether we are face to face in the same room or if we meet virtually.

By simply tapping on the acupressure points along the body while acknowledging your emotional state, you can release cellular energy from trauma. It may sound strange at first, but scientists believe that the method works because it stimulates the central nervous system, which causes the body to release helpful chemicals.
