Natural, drug-free treatment designed to help reduce heel pain, plantar fascia irritation, inflammation, foot discomfort, and improve mobility so you can get back to walking comfortably.
“Many clients tell us they’re surprised by how quickly they begin to notice improvements after treatment”.
Plantar fasciitis can make every step painful, especially in the morning or after long periods of standing. While many treatments provide only temporary relief, Brian focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying factors that may contribute to heel pain and foot dysfunction.
As an ANF Certified Pain Therapist and NKT Therapist, Brian uses a personalized approach focused on reducing pain, improving mobility, and helping clients return to their normal activities as quickly as possible.
Many clients seek care after trying orthotics, stretching, injections, or other approaches without lasting results, and they are often surprised by how quickly they begin noticing improvements in comfort, walking ability, and daily function.
Every case is different, depending on the severity of symptoms, how long the condition has been present, and individual factors. However, many clients notice meaningful improvements within 3-6 sessions. More complex or long-standing cases may require additional treatments to achieve the best results.
ANF Therapy® is a non-invasive approach designed to help reduce pain and inflammation while supporting the body’s natural healing process. Treatment is personalized based on your symptoms and movement patterns.

No. Many people recover successfully with the right treatment and by addressing the underlying factors contributing to the condition.
Many of our clients come to us after trying other treatments without lasting relief. Because every case is different, we cannot guarantee results, but ANF Therapy® offers a different, personalized approach that many people find beneficial.
Brian is an ANF Certified Pain Therapist with over 15 years of experience helping people with chronic and difficult-to-treat pain. Every treatment is personalized to identify and address the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms rather than simply masking the pain.
Many clients with plantar fasciitis begin with a 30-minute ANF Therapy® session for one foot. If both feet are affected, a 60-minute session is recommended. Because plantar fasciitis develops over time, additional sessions are recommended.
Please Note: We believe healing is not one-size-fits-all. The therapies we offer are holistic, wellness-based practices and are generally not covered by health insurance plans. For this reason, we operate as a self-pay practice.
